Our Personal Trainers will discuss your current level of fitness,set you an individual plan to help you achieve your goals.

But that's not all! Personal Trainers are there for you throughout your journey! They will motivate you, encourage you and offer you constant support.

Priority1Fitness is a brand new gym, with modern equipment & facilities. We are the only gym in Launceston and East Cornwall with a crèche on site so you can bring your children (0-11yrs) with you and still get fit!

Wednesday & Friday: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

                               4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Thursday:                 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

                               4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday:                 7:00 am - 2:00 pm

Sunday:                   8.00 am - 12:30 pm

            STUDIO CLASSES

 

We offer wide variety of fitness classes aimed at everyone. Some of the current classes include:

  • Kettlercise - is the single most effective  Kettlebell fat burning workout

  • Boxercise - is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit

  • Foundation Training - is a movement practice designed to restore the body's natural order and put you at the center of your health.

  • Combat - a blend of Kettlebells and Martial Arts

  • Circuits - using a variety of equipment to work the whole body

  • Studio Cycle -  an indoor cycling class to raise the heart rate

  • PiYo - the best Pilates and yoga-inspired moves, crank up the speed to give you full throttle cardio, strength, and flexibility training—all at once.

  • Swiss Ball - Core training at it's bes

  • Yoga
